These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jigio mobile application and related services (“Jigio”, “the Service”). By creating an account or using Jigio, you agree to these Terms.
Jigio helps groups plan trips together. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You retain ownership of content you add to Jigio (trip details, notes, lists, photos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate Jigio and share it with collaborators you invite.
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful. Do not use Jigio to spam or abuse other users.
When you invite others to a trip, you control who can access that trip’s shared information. Trip owners may remove collaborators. Collaborators may leave trips at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or interfere with other users’ experience.
Jigio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Jigio is a planning tool. We do not provide travel, safety, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, preparedness, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jigio and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using Jigio at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
